Göynük Canyon visit rules

For a safe and enjoyable visit, please observe the following rules.

General rules

• Entry into the canyon is permitted only with the necessary equipment provided by the management.
• Lighting fires and smoking are strictly prohibited outside designated areas.
• Do not leave your children unattended and keep them away from cliff edges.
• Throwing stones into the canyon is prohibited (there might be visitors below).
• Do not litter; please use the provided waste disposal stations.

Safety and environment

• For your safety and the comfort of other visitors, please do not let your dogs run free.
• Picking flowers, plants, roots, mushrooms, seeds, dry branches, and stones from nature is prohibited.
• Writing or drawing on plants and rocks is prohibited.

Prohibited activities

• Entering and swimming in ponds outside designated areas is prohibited.
• Motor vehicles and bicycles are prohibited from entering the park.
• Leaving marked areas is dangerous and prohibited.
• Hunting, fishing, and harming living creatures are prohibited.
• Unauthorized camping and overnight stays are prohibited.

Food and drink rules

• Bringing outside food and drinks into the canyon area is prohibited.
• Picnic activities are strictly not allowed within the area.
